Ways To Improve Client Communication
I wanted to touch on a topic that has come up in discussions with a few clients recently and thought that I would give some quick point and feel free to add-on because everyone has come across different "objectives" and has moved in a positive direction because it.
Improving client communication is very important to the pulse of your business and being able to effective communicate is key. So there is typically 3 major forms of communication and I will share a simple way to improve client communication:
- Face to Face
- Internet Communication
- Phone
Face 2 Face: Be a presents to your client (Go Visit Them!).
Internet Communication: Curve the relationship from business professional to chatter professional (free flow conversation that builds (relationship/value).
Phone: Listen! Drive the conversation by asking questions with follow-ups. Get them talking!
